Orders
| Order On-Line:
A secure e-commerce ordering feature has been developed so you can send your order to us by registering and putting items inside your shopping basket.
Follow the steps below to place your order:
- Add items to your shopping cart using the button near pictures.
- Click the button "proceed to checkout" inside your shopping cart.
- Insert Shipping and Billing data.
- Select Shipping and Billing Method.
- Place your order.
Our managers will contact you by e-mail to confirm the availability of ordered items and to communicate shipping charges, tracking number and time of delivery.
All orders will be shipped within one to two business days. Please note this rule applies to orders of in-stock products ONLY.
If any item in your order are out of stock / discontinued, we will communicate you the time necessary to produce them.
You may decide to delete out of stock products from your order, in that case we will ship the remaining to you and deduct item subtotals.
Orders will be shipped upon receipt of 100% payment.
We require a minimum order of 350 US Dollars.

For any improper, fraudulent or illegible orders, they will simply never be processed, even though we have received approval from the bank to do so. | Amber is a Natural Stone so each piece we sell must be considered as unique: the colour, the size and weight of the stones shipped may be slightly different from those displayed on our site.

30 days money back guarantee
| We offer a 30 days guarantee on all our amber products. If the order is incorrect, we will reimburse you your return shipping. If the merchandise is being returned for any other reason, we ask that you bear the costs of the initial & return shipping, custom duties (if required) for return shipping plus a 10$ restocking fee. The merchandise must be in the same condition as when shipped to you in order to receive credit. The merchandise may be returned by courier or mail, for both cases the proof of delivery signature service is required.
All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. "New and unused condition" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes and the item must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
